SUMIDA RIVER

 

SUMIDA RIVER

Walking along the Sumida River today reminded me the summer has arrived.  
Sumida River has a slogan, "Past, Now, and everlasting Flow".  
This river appeared in many Japanese literature in the past.  
Before the Covid, there were Fireworks Festivals held annually in Julys.  
Everlasting flow has seen all the history of Edo and Tokyo.
